We will not charge your credit card until the item is ready to be shipped unless the item is a pre-order AND states that we require a deposit. For PayPal payments, they are automatic at the time of purchase. If an item is pre-ordered and if for any reason we cannot fufill the order we will contact you and in the case of PayPal payments will refund the full amount. If we required a deposit on the order and cannot fufill it, we will of course fully refund your deposit.
All orders are shipped according to the shipping method you choose.. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. You will see the estimated shipping cost during checkout. The order will be shipped to the address shown on the order. You must notify us of any changes required to the shipping address prior to shipping. Otherwise, you will be changed for any address correction fee imposed by UPS, USPS or FedEx. Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing the order to be ship out.
If we offer free shipping on any item, the method of shipping will be at our discretion. These offers will apply to continental US customers only. Items that are excluded from a free shipping promotion will be marked at the time of checkout as well as in the items description.
If you wish to pick up your order at our facility, there of course will be no shipping charge. Pick ups must be made during our regular business hours 8:30am-5:00pm.

You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a return request from the date of the original invoice for authorization to return your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and you will be given the option to pay to have your item shipped back to you at your expense. Otherwise, unauthorized returns will go back into our stock and resold. You will not be issued any refund or credit for unauthorized returns.
Upon authorization to return your item, you will be required to ship it back to us at your expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the original invoice that was included in the shipment.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment. You will receive the credit as soon as possible depending on the original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items not eligible for refunds include, but are not limited to, models purchased as dented/incomplete. We sell models at a discount which are missing parts or have dented cartons. These items are considered sold as is and are final sales. What is missing or damaged will be described in the items description.
